At Island Hostess, we are here to inspire you, guide you, design a trip to Aruba adapted to your needs, and make sure that your vacation in Aruba is perfect and one to remember a lifetime. And here is how your trip to Aruba starts…

1 - Get inspired and contact us
On our website you find information and descriptions of what tours, experiences, concierge services and accommodations we offer. After you got inspired, you can call, email or send us a message to tell us your preferences. Every detail will be important for us to design your perfect trip to Aruba.
2 - We prepare an initial proposal
After analyzing your request and having understood your group's travel preferences and needs, a specialist from Island Hostess will prepare and send you itinerary ideas, trip proposals and additional options adapted to all the information you have provided to us.
3 - Customizing your itinerary
After you've evaluated the first itinerary proposal, we will discuss it together and make all the adjustments until we have the perfect trip or service, fully customized and adapted to your groups' tastes and needs. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your itinerary for your vacation to Aruba.
4 - Confirmation
Once the itinerary is completely detailed and satisfying, we will send you the final itinerary and we will ask you to complete the booking form and pay a small deposit to secure all the arrangements (private transportation, tours & experiences, accommodation, etc…). The full balance that is left will be paid before your arrival. Depending on the type of tour, experience or service most have a flexible cancelation policy, so you can always request a last-minute change or a refund.
5 - Ongoing contact
It is possible that after you completed the booking you have questions or hesitations. Don’t worry, we are available at all times to assist you and answer any questions about your trip to Aruba.
6 - Your local Island Hostess
During your stay in Aruba you and your group will do nothing more than to enjoy and make long-lasting memories together. You can count on the assistance of your dedicated Island Hostess for anything you may need during your entire stay: help, advice, tips, changes in plans, any services or whatever you might need we are here for you.
